What matters is that the technology works for you when I'm finished—and that you understand what we did without getting buried in technical jargon.
My background includes technology and cybersecurity instruction, computer systems, investigations, safety and risk management, business operations, and hands-on problem solving. That range lets me look at both the technology and the real-world problem behind it.
